Apologies for Cross posting.

ISEE is changing in order to adapt to our rapidly changing world. To
that end we are hosting new topics in sustainable engineering
including energy and emerging technologies. As this is a new area
for many of us, the organizing committee would like for you to
consider participating in the ISEE 2008 Poster Session, or
encouraging a colleague or student to do so. This will allow you to
float new ideas or technologies that are not ready for full
publication and get direct feedback from other participants. If you
are already doing an oral presentation, you might consider using a
poster to present supporting information or ideas.

Our plan is to have the poster session be a plenary, so that there
are no competing sessions and to encourage all conference
participants to attend. A one page, fully indexed abstract of each
poster will published in the ISEE 2008 Proceedings and will be
available through the IEEE X-plore system. All posters with a
student first author may apply to compete in the poster competition.

If you are interested in participating, please submit a 1-page
abstract including figures if desired (600 words max) to the Poster
Session Chairs, Jeremy Gregory and Randy Kirchain at
jgregory at MIT.EDU no later than Feb 15. If you have already been
accepted as a poster presenter, you need not reapply.

Best Regards,
The 2008 ISEE Organizing Committee
